The location of the hotel was ideal, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. It added a touch of tranquility to my city break, away from the hustle and bustle. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the breakfast spread was plentiful and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

One major downside was the language barrier. the staff's limited English made communication difficult at times, leading to misunderstandings.

The staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English, which was a relief for me as I don't speak Italian. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a real wow factor for me.- The breakfast provided was plentiful and the coffee was delicious. It was a great way to start the day and gave me plenty of energy for my activities.

That the restaurant seemed a bit busy and noisy during the evening meal. It would have been nice to have a quieter and more intimate dining experience.

In our room they had had a leak in the ceiling just inside door just need s redecorating there minor thing

It was away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to drive to Bassano (to the paragliding landing area) within 10 minutes. The aircon is the quieter integrated type, rather than the louder split system. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, even when I asked for 4 free wifi codes for all my devices. There is a lift, so no schlepping bags up the stairs.

The carpet was a bit old, but still OK.

Stayed at this hotel with my children and we had an amazing experience. the location is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Rueben and Emanuela, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of delicious options. the hotel also offers a restaurant where we were able to see our meals being cooked fresh, resulting in a truly delightful dining experience.

One minor issue was the limited facilities available at the hotel.

Diner was delicious and better then in the 4 stars hotel !!! Nice place, close to very historical and nice city BASSANO di GRAPPA. Staf very polite and reasonable.

The hotel is excellent! Very good rooms, very clean and comfortable, and good food in the restaurant. And the stuff is soooo nice and friendly!!! Location is very good: you can reach lot's of interesting places by car or by train. And also good plase for hanggliding and paragliding! :-)

If you are by feet, it's quite far from everywhere. The distance to Bassano del Grappa, where the train station and all the shops are, is 3-4 km. But if you have a car - no problem! Also the breakfast is the same every day, but always fresh.
